For anyone who has purchased our software, we will retain your Personally Identifiable Information until you request in writing that we delete or otherwise remove your Personally Identifiable Information. A request to delete or otherwise remove your Personally Identifiable Information will also be forwarded to our software license manager, currently SoftwareKey System owned by Concept Software, Inc., to remove your information from their database.
